Online Stores

MRW Connected designs, creates, administers, and hosts online stores, as well as provides live data stream for its partners. There is an important information gathering process in which we meet with our prospective partners to establish what products are to be put in the store, what design features our partners have in mind, if any, to accomplish the right look, and the ultimate objective of determining who the partner's audience is and how best to reach them. This allows for establishing proper pricing for each product and leads to marketing strategies.

Order Processing

MRW Connected processes all orders for teleseminars, audio seminars, web based video seminars, long-distance learning curriculum, books, e-books, CD's, DVD's, and other social change oriented products. This includes credit card or cash/check transaction processing, with complete secure data processing and capture, and 24-hour customer email and telephone support. It also includes email notification to the partner's audience member that their order is processed, authorized and ready for shipping.

All these functions are accomplished through a secure, custom designed online store cart created by us to meet our partner's specifications. The cart is created to match the look of and seamlessly interface with our partner's already existing online presence.

Fulfillment

MRW Connected offers fulfillment services including everything from warehousing, to inventorying product, to the packing and shipping of thousands of products a week.

When an order is placed in our processing center, the fulfillment center is notified and within 48 hours all orders are shipped with an email notification to the partner's audience member with all pertinent shipping information.

Digital Media Production

MRW Connected works diligently to stay on top of the latest ways that technology can be used to communicate and educate as time seems to accelerate and technologies emerge nearly overnight. Today we are busy setting up and producing teleseminars and webinars, creating downloadable audio (MP3's), downloadable video (MP4's), blogs, and podcasts. Tomorrow will bring something new, and we'll be ready to guide our partners to technology that works for them.

Online Marketing

MRW Connected works with its partners to develop online marketing strategies. This includes affiliate programs, search engine optimization, search engine advertising, strategic cross linking, mass email programs, and other emerging online marketing venues.

Replication

MRW Connected has full capability to take any digital or traditional audio or video file, create a production master CD or DVD, and replicate from as few as 25 to as many CD and DVDs its partners require. In our replication and manufacturing facility, product is manufactured with state-of-the-art technology and machinery. We provide up to 4-color CD/DVD face and sleeve printing and a full array of outside packaging options with shrink-wrapping.

Package Design

MRW Connected creates custom packaging for its partner's products. Utilizing our graphics department to design and print any inserts necessary, we can arrange for the manufacture of a custom, imprinted packaging carton or sleeve to ship our partner's product. This package can be a one-of-a-kind.

Graphic Design

MRW Connected has a fully equipped graphics and printing department with the latest technology to support any design creation and graphic representation necessary for its partners. This includes the design and printing of all CD and DVD sleeves, company-wide marketing and promotional materials, publicity layouts, web graphics, and convention handouts.
