Our Vision

MRW Connected believes its clients should be referred to as partners as the success of any relationship is based on mutual respect and satisfaction. To further this relational design, our revenue is primarily based on a percentage of our partner's sales. We are also working to reshape the traditional notion of the consumer as simply a 'customer', with the idea that the consumer is the 'audience' to whom our partners present their vision. Changing the way that we see our consumer, or audience, allows us to move from a principally capitalistic approach to a visionary position of positive change as the motivator.

We work with our partners from initial product design and creation through fulfillment - providing a truly one-stop-solution for social entrepreneurs. In this case, we have a keen sense of the product from inception and therefore understand the best way to bring that product to market for our partner. We strive to provide outstanding customer service to our 'audience', both our partners and their audience.

Being creative in design, technological application and audience support really allows us to connect with our partner's objectives and support their ultimate success in sharing their vision with their audience.
