We were honored to partner with Massachusetts State Treasurer Deborah Goldberg and her team to develop a groundbreaking website dedicated to raising awareness about the gender wage gap.

Designed to make a complex issue more relatable, the site features interactive tools and resources that empower users with knowledge. A key highlight is the custom-built Wage Gap Calculator, which helps users visualize the long-term financial impact of pay disparities based on age and occupation. Other features include a salary negotiation toolkit, an “email your employer” advocacy tool, and a custom-animated video created exclusively for the site.

This first-of-its-kind platform brings critical wage gap data to life, helping individuals take informed action toward pay equity.
