East Georgia State College approached us with a familiar challenge: a website that had grown too complex to effectively serve its audience. The site wasn’t mobile-friendly, the content had become sprawling and difficult to manage, and the overall structure didn’t clearly support the needs of prospective students. EGSC saw an opportunity not just to clean things up, but to rethink how the web could better support their mission.

We started by helping the team evaluate and streamline the site’s content—making tough decisions about what to keep, what to consolidate, and what could be archived. From there, we moved them into a modern CMS that gives internal teams more flexibility and control over updates. We also collaborated on a custom design that reflects the personality of the institution while improving accessibility and mobile usability across the board.

Today, EGSC’s site is faster, clearer, and easier to navigate—whether you're a prospective student exploring programs or a current one looking for campus resources. The new structure puts the right information in the right places, and the design gives users a sense of the college’s welcoming, student-focused environment. It's a big leap forward, and one that sets the stage for continued growth.
