We were honored to work with Massachusetts State Treasurer Deborah Goldberg and her team to create the first-of-its-kind website dedicated to highlighting the gender wage gap. The website’s design and functionality are intended to shed light on an important issue in relatable terms. For example, we built a custom “wage gap calculator” that allows users to enter basic age and occupational data to quantify the impact of lost wages over the course of a lifetime. The website also includes a salary negotiation toolkit, an “email your employer” feature, and a custom animated video created specifically for the website.
