Why Build One Site when you can build Five (and then two more)?

Community College System of New Hampshire

A Unified Digital Presence for New Hampshire’s Community Colleges

When the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) set out to modernize its college websites, it needed a strategic approach—one that balanced efficiency with customization while delivering a seamless experience for students, faculty, and staff. MRW Connected took on the challenge, rebuilding the websites for five colleges simultaneously in just six months.

Scaling Success with Our Blitz Process

To manage the complexity of rebuilding multiple sites at once, we deployed our custom blitz process, which included:

  • A shared design system to ensure consistency across colleges while allowing for individual identity.
  • Content redevelopment to make information clearer, more accessible, and student-focused.
  • Upgraded web infrastructure to enhance usability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

By the end of this intensive phase, Great Bay Community College, Lakes Region Community College, NHTI–Concord's Community College, River Valley Community College, and White Mountains Community College all launched new, user-friendly websites.

A Complete Digital Transformation for CCSNH

Following the success of this initial project, CCSNH entrusted us to rebuild the websites for Nashua Community College and Manchester Community College in the following years. With these launches, MRW Connected has now built modern, effective websites for all seven institutions in the system—helping CCSNH provide a unified yet distinct digital presence for each of its colleges.

What began as an ambitious multi-site overhaul has evolved into a complete digital transformation, ensuring New Hampshire’s community colleges are equipped with web platforms that serve their students now and into the future.
